What I offer when work feels too manual

Each card below reflects a common pain point: missed leads, messy admin, stuck jobs, or forgotten follow-up. I build simple tools that help your existing team handle more, miss less, and spend less time fighting the process.

Not sure where the bottleneck is?

If you're not sure where time, money, or leads are leaking, I can help you find the simplest fix first. Sometimes that is a workflow, a better website, a clearer form, or a small internal tool.

About me illustration

Who's behind this work?

I'm Adam, an English software engineer who's worked at BAE Systems, Sainsbury's, Nationwide, and H&B. Now I use that experience to build practical automations for owner-led businesses.

9+ years of experience

I have worked on system design, security, and the backend foundations that real products rely on every day, then applied that same thinking to practical tools and automations for smaller teams.

20+ successful projects

I have shipped apps, internal tools, and production systems across teams, products, and fast-moving delivery work.

What working together looks like

A simple process from bottleneck audit to rollout, with clear checkpoints so the setup actually gets used.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Process audit call

We start with a 15 to 30 minute call to understand your goals, current setup, who will use it, and where the real bottleneck is.

    Book the discovery call
  2. 02

    Clarify scope

    Map the real workflow

If the requirements are larger or still unclear, I tighten things up with follow-up questions before anything gets built.

  3. 03

    Proposal

    Practical plan and quote

You get a clear proposal covering scope, timeline, price, phase one, and how the setup should fit into the team's day-to-day work.

  4. 04

    Kickoff

    Onboarding and rollout fit

Once approved, I gather the materials or access I need, confirm who needs to be involved, and make sure the direction is clear.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Build, check in, adjust

Work moves in a clear sequence, with a midpoint update so the setup can be adjusted before it drifts away from how the team works.

  6. 06

    Rollout

Training, support, and what to improve next

I help the team get comfortable using it, leave a clean handoff, stay close while it beds in, and agree what to measure or improve next.

What my clients say
about my work

I help small businesses move faster, remove bottlenecks, and build systems that actually get used. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Quote

Adam didn’t just build us a tool — he fixed how we work. We were missing leads, juggling admin, and constantly reacting. Now everything flows: enquiries are captured, prioritised, and followed up without us chasing it. It’s saved us hours every week and paid for itself almost immediately.
