What I fix when work feels too manual

Missed enquiries. Admin that eats the day. Jobs that stall. Follow-up that gets forgotten. I fix the process causing the headache, so your team can handle more, miss less, and get back to the work that matters.

Not sure where the bottleneck is?

If you're not sure where time, money, or leads are leaking, I can help you find the simplest fix first. Sometimes that is a workflow, a better website, a clearer form, or a small internal tool.

Pricing

Clear pricing, shaped around your project.

Most projects cost between £1,000 and £10,000, depending on their size and complexity. Before any work begins, you'll receive a fixed quote, so you'll know exactly what to expect. The price will only change if you decide to add something new

Fixed project

£1,000–£10,000+

Planning, building, testing, and launch, at a price agreed before I start. Where it lands depends on how many steps and systems the job touches.

  • One fixed price
  • No hourly billing

Ongoing care

Optional

Monitoring, maintenance, and small fixes if something breaks or a service you rely on changes. Priced on the system we build.

  • Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice
  • No long-term contract

AI and service costs

Only if needed

Not every project has these. Where they apply, you pay the provider directly through your own account, based on what you use.

  • Estimated before launch
  • Billed to you, not through me

Not sure which bracket you fall into? A 30-minute call is enough to give you a range. New features and larger changes are always quoted separately.

About

Who's behind this work?

I'm Adam, an English software engineer who's worked at BAE Systems, Sainsbury's, Nationwide, and H&B. Now I use that experience to build practical automations for owner-led businesses.

9+ years of experience

I have worked on system design, security, and the backend foundations that real products rely on every day, then applied that same thinking to practical tools and automations for smaller teams.

20+ successful projects

I have shipped apps, internal tools, and production systems across teams, products, and fast-moving delivery work.

What to expect

What working together looks like

Six steps. You know the hours saved, the price, and the date before I build anything.

My promise

We find, map, and rank10+ hours of weekly manual work by payback in 10 business days.

...if we find fewer than 10 hours, you pay nothing. The map is yours to keep either way, with no obligation to hire me.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Find out if it is worth fixing

A free 30-minute call. You describe what is slow, repetitive, or getting missed. I tell you straight whether automation pays here.

    • You leave with the likely fix, the effort, and a rough cost.
    • No prep needed, and no pitch if the numbers do not work.
    Book the discovery call
  2. 02

    Bottleneck Map

See exactly where the hours go

For larger jobs, I map how the work runs today: steps, owners, handovers, and where it stalls. Then I rank every fix by payback.

    • 10+ hours a week of manual work found, mapped, and ranked by payback in 10 business days.
    • Your team tells me privately what slows them down. I am here to fix broken processes, not to judge anyone's job.
  3. 03

    Proposal

A fixed price and a number to beat

One page, plain English: what I will build, what it should save you, and what it costs.

    • Fixed price and fixed timeline. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
    • Boundaries set up front, so finished means the same thing to both of us.
  4. 04

    Kickoff

    Everyone knows what happens Monday

We lock in access, people, and checkpoints so the build never stalls waiting on someone.

    • One short session covers everything I need from your side.
    • Your team's involvement is measured in hours, not weeks.
  5. 05

    Delivery

See it working before it is finished

The build lands in stages you can use, not one big reveal at the end.

    • Every stage leaves something working, not a progress update.
    • Regular demos mean we correct course while it is still cheap.
  6. 06

    Rollout

Your team runs it without me

Training, a clear handover, and proof of what changed against the numbers we started with.

    • We measure the hours actually saved, not the hours promised.
    • Optional ongoing care, rolling monthly. No long-term contract.

What my clients say
about my work

I help small businesses move faster, remove bottlenecks, and build systems that actually get used. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Adam didn’t just build us a tool, he fixed how we work. We were missing leads, juggling admin, and constantly reacting. Now everything flows: enquiries are captured, prioritised, and followed up without us chasing it. It’s saved us hours every week and paid for itself almost immediately.

Before this we were writing quotes off the back of text messages, and half of them never actually went out. Adam spent a morning with us working out where it was falling over, then just sorted it. We get quotes out same day now, which we never used to.

I'd been put off by agencies before, so I wasn't expecting much. Adam asked a lot of questions, didn't talk in jargon, and got on with it. Took a couple of weeks. The lads still use it every day, which says enough really.

The reminders on their own were worth it. We used to ring everyone the day before and it ate hours. It's not perfect and we still tweak bits, but no shows are well down and nobody's chasing people anymore.
